Kentucky assistant coach Orlando Antigua officially out of the running for Duquesne job

Orlando Antigua was rumored to be in the running for the head coaching job at Duquesne.  Unfortunately, Jim Ferry was officially introduced Thursday as Duquesne’s new men’s basketball coach.   Ferry, who led LIU Brooklyn to NCAA tournament appearances the past two seasons, agreed to a seven-year contract on Tuesday, with an annual base of $600,000. He will be given the reins to a program that hasn’t made the NCAA since 1977.
