Hampton, Va., Phoebus standout basketball player Troy Williams was set to make his college decision public on May 1. He was picking Kentucky or North Carolina and was going to announce it via twitter. The top 20 prospect from the Class of 2013 delayed his decision on that day and is now reportedly adding other schools to his list of suitors. The Daily Press in Hampton Roads, Va., and the National Recruiting Spotlight are both reporting that Williams will add more schools on his list and those schools could include Florida, Georgetown, Villanova or Louisville.
