It’s unlikely Marquis Teague will play significant minutes while Derrick Rose recovers from a surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, but it’s not out of the realm of possibility, given the Bulls’ need for a point guard and the strides their first-round draft pick made during his only college season.  ‘‘He’s going to make a big adjustment going from college to the pros,’’ coach Tom Thibodeau said when asked if a scenario existed that would allow Teague to start the season opener. ‘‘The first part is learning how to be a pro. Then it’s going to be based on performance and how he does. He has to learn our system, learn the league. Then we’ll see where we are.’’
