Aaron Gordon’s big brother committed to play basketball at UCLA in May 2007, and after observing all that transpired five years ago Aaron has decided he, too, will make his college choice in the spring. He does not want to make the same mistakes. See, Drew Gordon chose UCLA a year before he graduated from high school. He went on the recruiting circuit that summer a committed Bruin and signed his letter of intent in mid-November. We won’t see any of this from Aaron (including him choosing UCLA, where things didn’t quite click for Drew before he transferred to New Mexico).
