Spring and summer youth basketball is a non-stop carnival of camps, tournaments, skills academies and showcases, enough to jet lag seasoned travelers and fatigue well-conditioned athletes. Wednesday the show comes to prime time with a made-for-TV game pitting Boo Williams against the Houston Defenders. Naturally, ESPN is the driving force, and as always, the worldwide leader wants star power. Enter Boo Williams’ Hampton-based squad, headlined by his nephew Troy Williams and Anthony “Cat” Barber, and the Defenders, featuring twins Andrew and Aaron Harrison.
