Several hundred mourners gathered in central Kentucky to say goodbye to a former Kentucky basketball player. Mike Casey, who lived in Shelbyville, died Thursday at the age of 60. He was the state’s Mr. Basketball in 1966 and the leading scorer at Kentucky in the 1967-68 season. Read article.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter’s Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
