According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, Ed Davender was also charged with having a prescription controlled substance not in the proper container. That substance was viagra. He was also found to have 14.2 grams of marijuana on him and was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school. Read article.
