Emmett Smith, otherwise known as CatsFan40311 on twitter, overheard Jerry Meyer on the Rivals radio show which airs weekdays 7 am – 11 am ET SIRIUS|XM Sports Nation Ch. 122. According to tweets from CatsFan40311, Jerry Meyer stated that Stacy Poole is all but commited to Kentucky and that Kentucky is leading in getting Brandon Knight. He added that West Virginia and Kentucky are the leaders for Adreian Payne. See CatsFan40311’s twitter site here.

This was the first signature win of Calipari's tenure and proved his rebuilding job was well ahead of schedule.
