The NCAA to vote on what could be called the Beasley/Wall Rule

The NCAA’s Legislative Council will vote on four proposals, two of which seem to be aimed at reducing the influence AAU and high school coaches can have on the recruiting process. The first proposal, which could be called the Beasley/Wall Rule, would prohibit schools from hiring anyone associated with a recruit for a two-year period before or after that recruit enrolls.
