NBA legend Magic Johnson was in Frankfort today to support a bill that would raise Kentucky's minimum dropout age from 16 to 18. “You must raise the dropout age limit to 18,” he told a crowd of reporters, legislators and onlookers at the Capitol, his words receiving a roar of applause. Johnson said he plans to attend the University of Kentucky basketball game tonight in Lexington, and he predicted a victory for the Wildcats over South Carolina.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter's Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
