It turns out that N.C. State's most effective recruiter for high school All-American basketball player C.J. Leslie was his mom. The 6-foot-8 forward from Raleigh's Word of God Academy joked Monday that his mother, a longtime Wolfpack fan, recruited him harder than N.C. State coach Sidney Lowe. Lisa Leslie was admittedly thrilled Wednesday when her son, who was courted by some of the nation's most storied college basketball programs, came home and told her he had made his final decision.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter's Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
