An Oldham County magistrate is suing an assistant University of Louisville basketball coach over thousands of dollars in Kentucky Derby tickets. Magistrate Scott Davis is accused of not delivering on promised Kentucky Derby tickets. Davis claimed he paid assistant basketball coach Steve Masiello to acquire those tickets. Davis said he gave Masiello $70,000 to acquire Kentucky Derby tickets.
