Training camp is rapidly approaching and rosters are in the process of being finalized, but that doesn't mean the balance of power around the league will remain stagnant. Each year teams part ways with steady veterans or promising youngsters before the trade deadline in an attempt to make a stronger playoff push or dump salary in order to create the financial flexibility crucial to future success.
