University of Kentucky fans can get a look at 2011 signee Michael Gilchrist on national TV on Wednesday night. ESPNU is televising the championship and third-place games at the City of Palms Classic in Fort Myers, Fla. Gilchrist’s St. Patrick High School team of Elizabeth, N.J., won its semifinal game late Tuesday night so it will be in the finals Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. The third-place game is at 7:30 p.m.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter’s Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
