The entire Internet, it seems, got “Jimmered.” That term, given to teams who are posterized by the breakout BYU phenomenon, along with CBS College Sports, Jimmer Fredette and BYU was seemingly all anyone was talking about on the web last night following Fredette’s latest 43-point performance. The senior guard, who led his ninth-ranked team to perhaps its biggest win of the year over No. 4 San Diego State, captured the attention of everyone from sportscasters to former college hoops stars. John Wall, who also ruled the web with his mind-boggling performances during his time at Kentucky, tweeted: “Jimmer Fredette is cold! #respect” while watching the game.
