Earlier today word came out from Anthony Davis, Jr. that he had been selected to participate in the McDonald’s All-American game, scheduled for March 30th in Chicago. Now the news is flowing out that his future teammates Michael Gilchrist and Marquis Teague have also been selected for the nation’s premier all-star showcase. Terrence Jones, Brandon Knight and Doron Lamb were on the 2010 All-American squad but none had made the announcement to attend Kentucky when the roster was released. The official announcement for the 2011 roster is not scheduled to be made until February 10.
