Oklahoma State starting forward Darrell Williams has been charged with a felony count of sexual battery and three felony counts of rape by instrumentation. The Payne County District Attorney’s office filed the charges Monday morning against Williams, a junior averaging 7.1 points and 7.3 rebounds for the Cowboys. Assistant District Attorney Tom Lee says the charges stem from an incident Dec. 13 in Stillwater.
