I didn't catch this last night in all the excitment but apparently Brandon Knight took Roy Williams out in similar fashion to the way John Wall took Rick Stansbury out last year. From the Fayetteville Observer: “North Carolina coach Roy Williams injured his right knee when Kentucky's Brandon Knight crashed into him late in the Wildcats' 76-69 victory Sunday night. Williams later looked fine as he walked to midcourt to greet Kentucky coach John Calipari, but he limped off the floor.”
