All of Kentucky's varsity sports met the NCAA's Academic Progress Rate requirements, according to figures released today. The APR is a formula which evaluates NCAA member institutions for retention and eligibility of its student-athletes. The numbers released today are for the 2009-10 school year. Every UK varsity sport exceeded the NCAA's minimum APR score of 925. The NCAA penalizes sports that drop below a 925 APR. The UK men's basketball team earned a 974 APR. Football earned a 948.
