While Butler basketball coach Jack Doss announced former Rebels star Trevor Lacey has passed the NCAA clearinghouse and will enroll at Alabama in the fall, the university hasn’t confirmed it. Doss, who owns seven state championships and three with Lacey playing guard for the Rebels, called The Huntsville Times early Friday and said he had “good news.” Alabama says they have not received a final decision from the NCAA.
