Shabazz Muhammad is the consensus No. 1 player in the Class of 2012, according to the data compiled by Hoopniks.com.  The website used rankings from Scout.com, ESPN.com, Rivals.com, 247Sports/Prep Stars, CBS/MaxPreps and Hot100Hoops to come up with the consensus listing.  Muhammad – a University of target – was No. 1, while one of his main competitors – Andre Drummond – is no longer in the class after committing to Connecticut as a 2011 recruit on Friday.
