Richie Farmer
Kentucky Democrats have filed an ethics complaint against Agriculture Commissioner Richie Farmer for using a state account to buy a refrigerator for his home. The complaint from the state Democratic party also says Farmer, who has headed the department since 2004, has used his state vehicle for personal use “for almost eight years” without reporting the mileage. Farmer, a former University of Kentucky basketball star, is running mate to Republican gubernatorial candidate David Williams.
