Clarksville, Tenn., forward Alex Poythress was one of the seven prospects the University of Kentucky basketball program hosted at Big Blue Madness last weekend. The 6-foot-8 Poythress, a top-20 prospects nationally in the Class of 2012, said the trip was “pretty exciting,” and noted he had a great time at Madness. “Everything was a pretty good,” he said. “I had heard and thought (the fans) were crazy but I was still surprised at how crazy they were. They are very passionate.”
