    • This marks the third consecutive year under Calipari that a freshman has opened their UK career with at least 20 points.
    • His double-double marks the first double-double for a UK player since Jones recorded the trick against UCONN on April 2, 2011 in the 2010-11 NCAA Tournament.
    • The last UK player to record 20 points and 10 rebounds was Jones at Ole Miss on Feb. 1, 2011.
