A top 2013 Kentucky target to make decison soon?

Kentucky picked up its first piece to its 2013 recruiting class several weeks ago when Bullitt East forward Derek Willis made a commitment. Could a second commitment be coming? Well, one of the Wildcats’ top targets – Troy Williams – announced on his twitter Sunday night that he will be making a college decision after his high school season and before the AAU circuit begins in early April.
