Over the weekend, the nation’s No. 1 team played host to arguably the country’s top prep prospect. Noel tweeted Sunday night following his unofficial visit to UK: “Kentucky trip went well. Them fans are suttin else, showed alot of love.” Tilton (N.H.) center Nerlens Noel was in attendance for Kentucky’s 77-62 win over SEC foe Ole Miss at Rupp Arena Saturday afternoon. Sunday evening, Noel took to Twitter, saying he enjoyed himself, and the fanfare, in Lexington.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter’s Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
