Scott Padgett has known Steve Masiello quite a long time. “Since he was wearing his Chris Sabo specs in high school,” said Padgett, the former Kentucky star, eight-year NBA veteran and current Manhattan College assistant coach. “He came to camp in Kentucky in my senior year of high school, his junior year,” Padgett said. “We played on a team that had us and Michael Pitino, Coach (Rick) Pitino’s oldest son, on it at Kentucky Basketball Camp. ”
