Van Emst | APGary Walters had a hand in a couple of the more endearing chapters of tournament history, starting at point guard on the team that improbably reached the 1965 Final Four and sitting on the selection committee that, 41 years later, found a place in the field for Cinderella-in-waiting George Mason.  What looms in this year’s tournament, he frets, isn’t so warm and fuzzy.
