Former Cat Brandon Knight isn’t taking time off in his pursuit of improvement

didn’t take much time off.  With less than a month since the Pistons concluded the regular season with a victory over the 76ers, their point guard was at the practice facility for a 3-hour workout alongside backcourt mate Rodney Stuckey, who has been a regular pretty much since the off-season began.  It shows Knight, 20, is eager to improve on his promising rookie season — he was named to the NBA’s first-team all-rookie squad this week. He averaged 12.8 points and 3.8 assists in playing a rookie-high 2,129 minutes.
