Kentucky target Julius Randle plays well in Team USA rout over Virgin Islands

recruit Goodwin had a perfect start for Team USA on Saturday in the FIBA Americas Under-18 Championship in Sao Sebastiáo do Paraiso, Brazil.  In the easy 105-42 win over the U.S. Virgin Islands, Goodwin made all 12 field-goal attempts and all six free throws to lead the Americans with 30 points. It was the third-highest scoring output ever for Team USA in a U-18 event.  Tennessee’s added 19 points and eight rebounds, and McKinney, Texas, prep star and recruit Rasheed Sulaimon each had 12 points. recruit Jake Layman contributed seven points and 10 rebounds.
