The signing of another backup guard in Nate Robinson by the Bulls tells me they have little confidence in Marquis Teague as a contributor. Per SI: “The deal, which agent Aaron Goodwin said should be finalized ‘barring unforeseen problems,' will likely pay the eight-year veteran the veteran's minimum of $1.2 million for next season. Robinson, who regained his form as a reserve for Golden State last season after playing just four games in the second half of the 2010-11 campaign with Oklahoma City, will join veteran point guard Kirk Hinrich in the Bulls' Derrick Rose-less backcourt after his recent return. Hinrich, who signed a two-year, $8 million deal last week with the Bulls, spent his first seven seasons in Chicago before he was traded to Washington in June 2010 and later traded to Atlanta in Feb. 2011.
