Former Xavier guard Dez Wells, who was kicked out of school for a “serious violation of the student code of conduct”, is on Kentucky’s campus through Friday according to multiple sources. Evan Daniels of Fox Sports has confirmed he is at UK. The 6-5 guard’s issue at Xavier turned out to be allegations of rape were made by a student against Wells. Wells admitted to engaging in sexual activity with said person at Xavier, but that it was consensual. After hearing all of the evidence against Wells, a grand jury decided not to pursue any charges. Wells gave his first interview today to CBS Sports and said he felt like he was treated unfairly because the school didn’t wait until the legal process took it’s course to make a decision on him.
