The man wanted in connection with the murder of a former UK basketball player has been arrested in Huntington. According to Huntington Police, Richard Willis, 36,of Columbus, was arrested at a residence in Northcott Court about noon Friday. Willis was wanted by Columbus Police in connection with the murder of Desmond Allison. Willis was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge. Police used a bullhorn to talk Willis out of the apartment. He was arrested without incident Two other people in the apartment were taken into custody. Police say Willis had been living in Huntington for sometime under the name of Raheem Willoughby. Allison played at UK from 1998 to 2000.
