New Orleans Hornets rookie Anthony Davis continued to display a nice offensive effort in Wednesday night's 97-90 loss to the Houston Rockets. He scoried 13 points to go along with eight rebounds and three blocked shots, including a game-opening swat of Kentucky teammate Terrence Jones. “There was no way I could get it over that,” Jones said of Davis' block. “I knew he was going to time that one. It was a great game. And us getting the win, ultimately I get the win. That's all that matters. There's going to be a little talk tonight.”
While Davis has shown flashes of what he can do individually during this exhibition season, as a team, the Hornets are still struggling to find a collective identity.
