Enes Kanter scores 18 in first career start for the Jazz

Paul Millsap scored 20 points, had 18 in his first career start and the Jazz hit 13 3-pointers to rout the 131-99 on Friday night.

Gordon Hayward added 17 points off the bench as improved to 8-1 at home. Marvin Williams, Randy Foye and DeMarre Carroll all made three 3-pointers for the Jazz, who finished 13 for 23 from beyond the arc.

Kanter started at center for the Jazz with Al Jefferson still bothered by back spasms.
