After the University of Kentucky basketball team's victory over Marshall on Saturday, coach John Calipari ticked off a list of areas of improvement needed for his team to reach its potential. He mentioned Archie Goodwin needing to keep his head up on drives to the goal and Kyle Wiltjer and Julius Mays needing to follow through on their jump shots.
But the first item the coach brought up was his desire for Alex Poythress to play full bore for full games.
“Play the whole game the way you're playing in spurts,” Calipari said. “Just do it.”
