From SpaceCityScoop.com: “The Houston Rockets completely blowout the Golden State Warriors 140-109. In my game preview I said this was a bad match-up for the Rockets. Turns out I couldn’t be more wrong. Houston had a historic night shooting the ball. They tied the NBA record for most three’s made in one game with 23.
Near the end of the game it started to get a little chippy between the two teams. The Warriors for some reason felt disrespected for playing very poorly. Mark Jackson showed some very childish coaching by intentionally fouling Rockets players just so they couldn’t break a record.
The MVP of the game was Jeremy Lin. He mad a career high 5 three-pointers tonight to go along with 28 points and 9 assists.
Patrick Patterson had a solid game scoring and rebounding which has been rare for him. He finished with a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.”
