Video: Victim of alleged stomping by Terrence Jones comes forward, recounts events

Daniel Kellerher, who has struggled with homelessness and drug addiction for almost 20 years, said he was stomped in the back of his leg while he slept in a doorway on Northwest 3rd Avenue in Old Town Portland.
