Booker will choose between Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State and Missouri. He took official visits to all four schools and took an additional unofficial visit to Missouri last weekend.
Kentucky target James Blackmon Jr. is also set to announce his college decision on Thursday night on ESPNU.
