• Kentucky started with the lineup of sophomore Willie Cauley-Stein and freshmen Aaron Harrison, AndrewHarrison, Julius Randle and James Young. That lineup is 11-5.
• Dakari Johnson was the first sub off the bench. It's the ninth time this season he's been the first substitution for the Cats.
• LSU jumped out to a lead as big as a 16-point spread (22-6) in the opening stanza. It's the largest deficit the Wildcats have faced in any game this season.
