Suns guard Archie Goodwin will have two charges dropped if there is no more evidence found in the case of his May arrest, reports the Arizona Republic’s Paul Coro. A prosecutor moved to dismiss charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest if no more evidence is found after six months.
Goodwin was arrested on May 4 while leaving a Little Rock, Ark., skating rink. The arresting officer twice told Goodwin to stop cursing and gesturing toward another person outside the Arkansas Skatium. The officer then said Goodwin tried to break free during the arrest, according to Arkansas State Police documents.
The Phoenix guard plead not guilty during his June 3 court date.
