Sacramento Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox has sold his custom-built estate in Folsom for just over $1.7 million, the highest selling price in the city in 15 years, according to Keller Williams real estate firm.
Kelly Pleasant of Keller Williams Sacramento Real Estate listed the mansion in the Broadstone neighborhood for $1.7 million on July 10, 2020. After reviewing multiple offers, the property went into contract just four days later, a Keller Willaims representative said. The final selling price was $1.705 million.
This is the highest selling listing in Folsom since 2005, according to MetroList Service. In 2005, a property closed for 1.749 million. There was a closing in July for $1.7 million, but Folsom has seen only six sales ever above $1.5 million.
The five-bedroom, four-bath home, 527 Serpa Way, spans 5,103 square feet over three floors and features sweeping views of Sacramento from the backyard. Built in 2019, the residence has 20-foot ceilings, two balconies and a home theater that sits eight people.
“Folsom offers a beautiful option for the discreet buyer who wants a family-oriented, growing town with easy access to the city of Sacramento, the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and Napa,” Pleasant said in a news release. “The greater Sacramento region is a fantastic choice for upscale home owners.”
