Riding a three-game winning streak, Kentucky returns to action on Monday night, facing UAlbany at Rupp Arena.
Kentucky opened its season with a 79-71 loss to ninth-ranked Duke at Madison Square Garden in New York. Oscar Tshiebwe had 17 points and 20 rebounds in the loss, while Sahvir Wheeler had 16 points and 10 assists.
The Cats have won their subsequent three games, all by double figures. Kentucky thumped Robert Morris 100-60 behind 19 points from Kellan Grady and 14 points and 20 rebounds from Tshiebwe.
Kentucky then topped Mount St. Mary’s 80-55, with Tshiebwe scoring a career high 24 points and pulling down 16 rebounds. TyTy Washington Jr. had 16 points in the win.
Then on Friday, Kentucky got a test from Ohio before pulling away in the second half, winning 77-59. Keion Brooks Jr. led the Cats with 22 points, while Washington had 20 points, 12 rebounds and five assists.

For the first time in four years, a Kentucky basketball game will not be shown on a traditional television broadcast Monday.
The Wildcats’ game against Albany will be available through an online streaming broadcast only. Anyone who has a cable subscription that includes the SEC Network can still watch the game online through SEC Network+, as can subscribers to ESPN+.
