Jamal Murray is soon to head into his 7th season with the Denver Nuggets. The former Kentucky star was drafted 7th overall by the Nuggets in 2016 after 1 season in Lexington, but was sidelined for the 2021-22 campaign due to a torn ACL.
The Wildcats have had a host of talented players come through the program during its existence, but who would be in Murray’s all-time starting 5? Murray breaks down his choices, with one being…himself, naturally.
Murray selected Tyler Ulis as his point guard, with Anthony Davis as the center. At the 3-guard spot, he picked John Wall, while Julius Randle was his selection at the 4-spot.
He then remarked that the team would be a “four-time” national champion.
