The Kentucky men's basketball team has unveiled a brand-new look for the upcoming 2022-23 season.
After five seasons of the same uniforms, change is here, with the Wildcats transitioning to a more traditional look at Rupp Arena — one without checkerboards.
The first permanent uniform change since the 2016-17 season, Kentucky is set to wear white jerseys at home with curved lettering and silky blue trim. It also features a gold UK logo on the neck, a nod to the program's status as the gold standard of college basketball.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter's Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
