Kentucky has won a SEC conference record 10 weekly awards

Kentucky men’s basketball player DeMarcus Cousins was named the SEC Freshman of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday. Cousins, a 6-11 forward from Birmingham, Ala., scored 16 points and pulled down 14 rebounds in only 17 minutes of action in helping lead Kentucky (19-0, 4-0 SEC) to a 101-70 win against Arkansas.
