Jesuit senior Kyle Wiltjer had done just about everything a person could in the world of Oregon high school basketball. League titles. State titles. League player of the year. A scholarship to a major basketball program. But until now, one accolade eluded the 6-foot-10 forward: Class 6A player of the year. The Kentucky-bound Wiltjer said he was honored to receive the award but that he never focused on it. Instead, he was all about winning state championships, emphasis on the plural.
