Only two Division I basketball teams have two or more players on the Wooden Award’s midseason top 25 list. One is North Carolina (Harrison Barnes, John Henson, Kendall Marshall). The other is Kentucky. It came as no surprise that the Wildcats’ two representatives on the Wooden list are freshmen, Anthony Davis and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist.
