Bill Keightley Hired As Kentucky Assistant Equipment Manger – 1962

In the summer of 1962, Bill Keightley was hired as an assistant equipment manager for the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team, a part-time job.  For more information on Mr. Wildcat, go here.

Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter’s Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
