Former Cat and St. Charles standout Josh Harrellson was saluted and his No. 55 jersey was retired. Harrellson scored 1,325 points and added 794 rebounds during an all-state career at St. Charles. He was selected in the second round of the NBA draft by the New Orleans Hornets – and then traded to the New York Knicks — soon after leading the Southeastern Conference in rebounding and helping Kentucky advance to the NCAA Final Four last winter.
Walter Cornett, of Glendale, Kentucky, is the owner and operator of Walter’s Wildcat World. He founded WildcatWorld.com in 1998 making it one of the oldest Kentucky basketball fan sites in operation today.
